We begin with an initial consultation to understand your home, needs, and priorities. From there, we recommend the most appropriate service package and outline next steps.
Where do you provide services?
Our home base is Chatham, New York, and we provide services within a 25-mile radius, including the Upper Hudson Valley and the Berkshire foothills.
What is included in the weekly Home Check-In service?
Each visit includes a thorough interior and exterior walkthrough of your property. We check for visible issues such as leaks, HVAC irregularities, pest activity, and general security concerns. After each visit, you’ll receive a brief update with images for peace of mind.
Do you perform repairs during the visit?
No. Our role during Home Check-In visits is to identify and report issues, not to complete repairs. If something requires attention, we can coordinate trusted professionals or schedule additional services.
What do your concierge services include?
They may include making dinner reservations, scheduling personal appointments, arranging home-related services, or obtaining quotes for maintenance needs like pool care or seasonal upkeep. All services are tailored to your priorities and reviewed during your initial consultation to ensure the right level of support.
Can you manage my Airbnb without choosing one of your packages?
Yes. Many short-term rental clients use our Airbnb management services on their own without enrolling in our other home stewardship packages.
Our short-term rental management is billed as a percentage of each booking, meaning you are only charged when your property generates rental income.
Do you offer one-time services?
Yes, select one-time or add-on services may be available depending on scope and availability. These are handled separately from our ongoing packages.
Is there a contract for your services?
Yes. All services are provided under a simple service agreement that outlines the scope of work, fees, and expectations to ensure clarity and peace of mind for both parties.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry appropriate insurance for the services we provide for your peace of mind and protection.
How do you handle workmen or vendor services?
We can coordinate and schedule trusted local vendors for home-related services such as maintenance, repairs, or seasonal work. When needed, we can also facilitate access to the property and oversee scheduled services to ensure work is carried out as expected.
Vendor services are arranged as part of your selected package or as an add-on service, depending on the level of coordination required.
Can I get culinary services without being a monthly package client?
You do not need to be enrolled in any of our packages to access our culinary services. These are available as a standalone offering and can include meal preparation, support for small gatherings, or at-home events.
