How do I get started?
We begin with a conversation about your home, your priorities, and the level of support you need. From there, we put together a way of working that fits your property. Some clients use us for individual services such as home preparation, grocery shopping, or meal support. Others choose ongoing stewardship so their home and property are consistently managed and overseen.
What do you actually help with?
We support both the home and the property. This includes grocery shopping, pantry stocking, meal preparation, home preparation, errands, vendor coordination, and ongoing oversight of routine household and property needs.
What services do you offer?
We offer a range of home and property support services, including grocery shopping, pantry stocking, meal preparation, home preparation, errands, vendor coordination, and ongoing stewardship. Services can be used individually or combined depending on your needs. Some clients use select services as needed, while others choose ongoing support for continuous oversight and management.
Where do you work?
We serve the Upper Hudson Valley and Western Berkshires, centered around Chatham, New York, and select surrounding communities.
Who uses your services?
We work with full-time residents, seasonal homeowners, and property owners who want reliable support managing both their home and property so things are handled consistently without constant oversight.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured.
Do you offer grocery shopping and pantry stocking?
Yes. We provide grocery shopping, pantry stocking, and household provisioning on a scheduled or as-needed basis.
Do you offer meal preparation or cooking support?
Yes. We offer scheduled meal preparation, including preparing meals in advance and stocking the home so food is ready for the week. This can be part of ongoing household support or used as a standalone service.
Do you coordinate vendors and property services?
Yes. We coordinate and schedule trusted local vendors for home-related services such as maintenance, repairs, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, and seasonal work. When needed, we can also facilitate access to the property and oversee scheduled services to ensure work is carried out as expected. Vendor services are arranged as part of your overall stewardship plan.
Do you manage short-term rental or Airbnb properties?
Yes. We can support the management of short-term rental and Airbnb properties, including preparation, coordination of cleaning and turnovers, guest readiness, and on-site oversight as needed.
Do you provide home and property checks?
Yes. Scheduled home and property checks are part of ongoing stewardship and include general oversight, seasonal adjustments, and identifying maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
Do you offer one-time services?
Yes. We can accommodate select one-time services depending on timing and location. Many clients begin this way before choosing ongoing stewardship.
Do you require a subscription or ongoing commitment?
No. Clients can use services as needed or choose ongoing monthly stewardship. Both approaches are available depending on what makes sense for your property.
Do you work outside your service area?
Our work is intentionally local so we can provide consistent and attentive stewardship. Select properties just outside our core area may be considered individually.
